It’s been two years since Yonder Mountain String Band released their last album, but the Colorado-based progressive bluegrass outfit is back with their most creative and energetic album to date. The new album, Love. Ain’t Love, will be released June 23rd and was produced by the band and longtime collaborator John McVey.

Boston Manor Announce Debut Album

UK pop-punk band Boston Manor have announced their highly anticipated debut album, Be Nothing. The album, produced by Neil Kennedy (Milk Teeth, More Than Life) and mixed by Kyle Black (New Found Glory, All Time Low), will be released on September 30th via Pure Noise Records!

HEIRSOUND To Release Debut EP

New York alt pop duo HEIRSOUND will be releasing their colorful debut EP, Merge, on August 5th. Merge has one of the most unique concepts for an album that we’ve ever come across as the six tracks create the color wheel. Confused? Let us explain: each track on the EP represents a specific color that has an aura and a feeling. For example, their latest single “Slow Motion” represents orange, an aura of adventure, happiness, and creativity.

Agnes Obel Announces New Album

Singer/songwriter Agnes Obel recently announced her brand new album, Citizen of Glass. To be released on October 21st via Play It Again Sam, Citizen of Glass was written, recorded, produced and mixed by Obel. The album showcases Obel’s enchantingly beautiful voice through dense layers of strings and keys.

Aaron Gillespie Announces Solo Acoustic Album

Just a few weeks ago Aaron Gillespie (Underoath, The Almost) announced his new solo acoustic album, Out of the Badlands, to be released August 19th via Tooth & Nail. The album features reworked songs from both Underoath and The Almost (two cover songs and three originals), all of which were recorded and produced by Gillespie in his own recording studio. A mix of both old and new tracks, the process of this album was therapeutic for Gillespie who recently went through a divorce. When discussing the album Gillespie says, “This is the healing process, this record, and the making of it pulled me through.“

Mayberry Announce New EP

Alt pop-rockers Mayberry recently announced their upcoming EP, Beautiful Mess! The EP, which is set to be released on July 22nd, was co-written and produced by John Keefe and Morgan Dorr of Boys Like Girls and mastered by Charlie Vela. Frontman, Esteban Rodriguez, had to say about the EP, “Beautiful Mess is a project I’m extremely excited about. Songs about personal experiences, this EP is influenced by many styles and sounds that I hope will appeal to old & new listeners.”

Masked Intruder To Release New EP

Wisconsin pop-punkers (and new Pure Noise Records signees) Masked Intruder have announced their new EP, Love and Other Crimes. The EP, which will be released on July 8th via Pure Noise Records,was recorded with Roger Lima and  produced with both Lima and Mike Kennerty. The band had this to say about the EP, “It’s a pretty dynamic record, especially for a 6 song EP. Each song really has it’s own feel, which we hope will appeal to the ladies, and make them want to make out with us.”

Buckcherry To Release New Album

Multi-platinum-selling rock band, Buckcherry, will be releasing their seventh studio album, Rock ‘n’ Roll, on August 21st via F-Bomb Records/Caroline! Singer, Josh Todd, recently spoke about the album stating, “There’s been so much talk about how rock ‘n’ roll is dead and all of this bullshit,” says Todd. “The funny thing is, that’s been going on since we put out our first record in 1999. We wanted to call the new album Rock ‘n’ Roll, because this is what we’ve been doing our whole lives. We focused on making a record that encompasses all of what we are. You get every flavor of Buckcherry.”
