Seven Bands To See At Boston Calling: Bearstronaut
With Boston Calling just a week away, we’ve decided to make a list of seven bands you do not want to miss. Whether they’re a headliner or an opener, whether they’re hip-hop, dance, rock & roll, or something somewhere in the middle, there are a handful of sets that you’re definitely going to want to pencil into your schedule.
We start off with #7: Bearstronaut
To begin our countdown, we have our first choice: Bearstronaut. Natives of the Boston area, the band possesses a sound that is part synth-pop, part R&B, and 100% worth a listen. If not for the recent addition of a local contest winner to each day, the group would be the Day Two opener. But playing second won’t change anything, as the group is still poised to kick off the festival’s second day with their high energy and infectious sound.
